GUARANTEE

The following limited warranty is provided by A.P. Associates in connection with the roof to be installed as per this proposal:

a. Materials A.P. Associates does not guarantee or otherwise warrant any materials used in connection with this proposal. The warranty for the materials used shall be the warranty, if any, provided by the manufacturer of the materials used by A.P.Associates in completion of this project. A.P. Associates hereby assigns to the Owner any and all rights and claims in and to such warranty to the manufacturer.

b.Workmanship The workmanship provided by A.P. Associates in connection with this proposal is warranted to be free from defects for a period coinciding with length of the material warranty for the roofing system installed. This guarantee shall cover any leak in the roof or defect caused by the workmanship of A.. Associates within a reasonable period of time after receipt of written notice of such defect by A.P. Associates. This warranty shall not apply to damage caused by the act or negligence of the Owner or any agent, servant, or employee of the Owner, damage caused by storm of other weather conditions, damage caused by fire, or damage caused by any other act of God.

The limited warranty provided by A.P. Associates in connection with this proposal shall become effective only upon completion of the work required to be performed by A.P. Associates pursuant to this proposal and payment in full of the sum agreed to be paid by the Owner under this proposal. In the event that the Owner fails to pay, in full, the sum due to be paid by the Owner under this proposal, the limited warranty provide by A. P. Associates under this proposal shall be void and of no force and effect.
